The Final Kamehameha is the synchronized combination of Goku's Super Kamehameha and Vegeta's Final Flash, but its astounding power far exceeds both of them. It was developed by Vegito and he used this move against Super Buu.

Vegito puts both of his hands in front of him, combines the vast amount of energy of the Final Flash attack and the Super Kamehameha into an enormous, dazzling white sphere with a blue aura and occasional streaks of blue electricity. The ball itself is about the size of Vegito himself. Vegito fires off the sphere, which creates a gigantic explosion upon impact and leaves a huge cloud of smoke behind. Though it is intensely powerful, it was only used once.

It can be classified as an energy beam, as well as a blast shot. It appears as one of Vegito's techniques in Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout, Shin Budokai, Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, and in the latter it is his Ultimate Move in his Super Saiyan form. In the games he holds it out like a Final Flash and moves it back like a Kamehameha, and then releases it in a golden-yellow color.

It is considered to be one of the strongest Kamehamehas, and is available for Vegito to use in the Playstation game, Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout. When performing the attack, he yells, "O tsurugi wa koitsu da! FAINARU KAMEHAMEHA!" This has never been seen or heard before in the anime or manga at all. Also in the games DBZ Shin-Budokai and Budokai Tenkaichi 3, he simply says "Final Kamehameha!" when this attack is performed.
